We are looking forward to the Mentoring@Iowa Conference tomorrow, Wednesday, October 9th from 8:30-2:00 in the Iowa Memorial Union. Below are some logistics for the conference.
- There will be coffee and tea available outside the concurrent session rooms (Big 10 Theater (#348), Black Box Theater (#360), and International Ballroom (#243)) from 8:30-8:55. This is a chance for conference participants to meet and mingle.
- Check-in will be via QR code outside the concurrent session rooms. You only need to check in once for the day. Conference materials will also be available.
- Conference attire is business casual. Please wear your university nametag if you have one. We will have blank nametags if you don’t have one.
- The conference will begin with the first concurrent sessions at 9:00. At 8:55, hosts in the session rooms will provide a brief welcome.

- Boxed lunches will be provided in the International Ballroom on the second floor at noon. Our program featuring President Wilson and Dr. Rocklin will begin at 12:15.
- Our final session of the day will focus on brainstorming the next steps for the campus to build a culture of mentoring.
