Practical Applications of Supervisory Skills (PASS) – Engaging Yourself

Application deadline: Friday, July 21

Practical Applications of Supervisory Skills (PASS) – Engaging Yourself is designed for relatively new supervisors or to be a thorough review of skills supervisors can use in daily practice. This certificate program provides supervisors with professional development that focuses on exploring what we, as individuals, bring to the supervision dynamic. Knowing ourselves builds bridges that we can use to create better functioning teams and arms us with motivational tools to lead and inspire. Participants will have clear takeaways from each class and can apply what is taught providing the opportunity to improve results and service excellence while building collaborative relationships with others.
