The only eligibility requirement is that the contestant should be associated with admissions, enrollment management, registration, and other related issues of interest to members of the student services profession in higher education. The winner of the scholarship will be announced at the 2023 UMACRAO conference banquet on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023, in Des Moines, Iowa. The contestant does not need to be present to win.
To enter the random drawing, applicants should fill out the application form (linked below) and submit by Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023. Each contestant’s submission will be assigned a number by order of entry. The scholarship winner will be chosen by random lottery using Google’s random number generator, and the winning number will be compared against the submission list.
