This introductory Microsoft Teams course will give you a high-level overview of how to utilize Microsoft Teams and the tools within to collaborate and communicate with a work group, a project team, or any assortment of people. Topics covered include creating a team, chat, apps/connectors, meetings, and more, and is designed for first time users of Teams and those who would like to ensure they are getting the most out of this organizational tool. | | | | | University of Iowa Mental Health Champion Award Do you know a Mental Health Champion that deserves to be recognized? The University of Iowa Mental Health Champion award is designed to cultivate an environment that values and recognizes mental health and the importance it holds in the well-being of each of our lives and for assisting the university in meeting its strategic goal of being a health-promoting campus.
The University of Iowa Strategic Plan includes, as a goal, “Holistic Well Being and Success” which includes embedding mental health into all aspects of a campus culture that supports students, faculty, employees, and staff.
Preference will be given to those whose primary job is not in mental health, but who through their efforts, assist the university in accomplishing this strategic goal.

Speak Up! brings individuals together with a common interest in a topic, led by those willing to share their stories and perspectives. Attendees will hear from panelists and are then encouraged to talk among each other about their own perspectives and journey.

Are you looking for ways to improve your workplace? Do you have concerns about an issue on campus? Are you a person who likes to promote positive change? Then it is time to consider nominating yourself or one of your colleagues for UI Staff Council.
