| Midterm Grades and Attendance Due | Fall 2022 midterm class lists are available in MAUI for courses underway.
- Instructors, click the "My Courses" link to display the courses you are assigned to teach.
- Instructor Delegates, click the "Admin Course List" link to submit midterm lists for courses managed by your academic unit.
- Under the midterm list heading, click "edit" to display the students currently registered for your course.
- Submit your midterm attendance and delinquent grade reports no later than 5 p.m., Thursday, Oct.20, 2022. Student notifications will occur after the deadline.
- Off-cycle courses that begin after the deadline date or if final grades are open for final grade entry (or have already been submitted), the midterm report is not available. We assume in those instances instructors are notifying students individually who are receiving AUU, D+, D, D-, F, N, or U grades.
NOTE: Although you are not required to complete the midterm attendance and delinquent grades report, it is highly recommended as many offices use this information to reach out to students to ensure student success. | | |
Additional Information
- Non-passing grades only need to be submitted for undergraduate students whose grade at midterm is AUU, D+, D, D-, F, N, or U. You do not need to report a midterm grade if the grade is S, P, or above D+.
- Federal financial aid eligibility requires students to participate in at least one academic engagement per class between the class start date and the midterm deadline.
- Midterm grade and attendance corrections are not available in MAUI after the deadline.
