MAUI will trigger student notifications after the deadline. While completing the midterm attendance and grade report isn't mandatory, it's strongly encouraged. Various offices rely on this information to proactively support students and enhance overall academic success. Your cooperation in providing this valuable data is highly appreciated.
Accessing the Midterm List
Instructors: Access your midterm lists on MAUI's My Courses dashboard.
Instructor Delegates: Access your academic unit midterm lists on MAUI's Admin Course List panel.
Limitations
Level of Study: Midterm grades are only reported for undergraduate students.
Grades: Only AUU, D+, D, D-, F, N, or U grades are reported during midterm reporting.
Off-cycle courses: Non-standard course sections beginning after the midterm deadline or with final grade lists open for final grade entry (or have already been submitted) do not have midterm lists available. We assume in those instances instructors are notifying students individually who are receiving AUU, D+, D, D-, F, N, or U grades.
Corrections after the deadline: Midterm grade and attendance corrections are not available in MAUI after the deadline.
