Reminder: Midterm Class Lists Due Tomorrow

Please disregard this message if you have submitted undergraduate midterm grades and attendance lists. 

Instructors: Spring 2022 midterm class lists are available in MAUI for courses underway. Click on the "My Courses" link to display the courses you are assigned to teach. Under the "Midterm List" heading, click on "edit" to display the students currently registered for your course. 

Submit your Midterm Delinquency Reports no later than 5 p.m., Thursday, March 24. Student notifications will occur after the deadline. 

NOTE: Although you are not required to complete the midterm attendance and unsatisfactory grade report, it is highly recommended as many offices use this information to reach out to students to ensure student success. 

Helpful Tips  

• Midterm grades only need to be submitted for undergraduate students with D+, D, D-, F grades, or unsatisfactory marks of AUU, N, U. You do not need to report midterm grades if the grade is satisfactory or above D+. 
• When calculating midterm grades in ICON, be sure that assignment group weights are correct and the scores for missing assignments are set to zero.
