Earlier this week, you received an email invitation to participate in the 2023 National College Health Assessment survey.

This survey will provide information regarding health behaviors on our campus and help inform the programs and services that are offered to support you throughout your time as a student. I would like to encourage you to consider participating in this survey so that your needs are heard.

The email with the survey link was sent to you from the National College Health Assessment. The survey should take 20-30 minutes to complete. Your participation will be completely confidential.
