The NDA Winter Data Submission Cycle deadline is January 15, 2024.
For investigators submitting data for the first time, please review the Data Sharing Regimen to identify the applicable Data Sharing Terms and Conditions (pdf).
Data submission can start at any time, so prepare early to allow our Data Curation team sufficient time to map your data collection instruments to the NDA Data Dictionary. Don't wait to get your data in order- start early!
The Data Sharing Terms and Conditions states all new NDA Collections are required to populate their Data Expected list within 6 months of the grant award start date. If you have not yet populated your Data Expected list, please contact the NDA Help Desk to alert them that you are not able to submit data on time and they can help you get on track.
