Doctor of Nursing Practice Subprogram Updates

This message is intended for all campus contacts who receive program of study (POS) memo updates via email from the Office of the Registrar.

At the request of the College of Nursing and Graduate College, and with approval from the Office of the Provost, the subprogram for MSN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) for the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) will be renamed to the Pathway subprogram, effective fall 2026. The updated subprogram will appear in MAUI at the beginning of the session. Additionally, two new qualifiers have been added to this program of study to help identify students.

• No APRN
