Deadline for Pending Courses and Course Changes

Deadline

This is a friendly reminder regarding the upcoming deadline for recalling the rooms of pending courses and course changes.

Recall of Pending Courses

The deadline for recall of fall 2024 pending courses is Thursday, Aug. 1. As stated in the Policy on Pending Courses in University Classrooms, all courses that are currently listed as pending with zero enrollment will be cancelled and the room will be recalled unless a request is sent to us to retain the course for possible enrollment.

Course Changes

The deadline for fall 2024 course changes is Thursday, Aug. 1. Course changes will be accepted up to this date for fall 2024 without justification. After Aug. 1, any course change will only be approved with sufficient justification provided on the workflow slip. Please see the Policy on Changes to Schedule of Courses for more information.
