Spring 2026 Course Deadline Reminders

This message is intended for those academic departmental administrators, chairs, directors, and DEOs offering spring 2026 courses.

Deadline

This is a reminder to let you know of the upcoming deadline date for recalling rooms of pending courses and making course changes.

Recall of Pending Courses

The deadline for the recall of spring 2026 pending courses is Friday, Jan. 2. As stated in the Policy on Pending Courses in University Classrooms, all courses that are currently listed as pending with zero enrollment will be canceled and the room recalled unless a request is sent to Char Maher to retain the course for possible enrollment.

Course Changes

The deadline for spring 2026 course changes is Friday, Jan. 2. After Jan. 2, course changes will only be approved with sufficient justification provided on the workflow slip. Please see the Policy on Changes to Schedule of Courses for more information.
