Audit Changes for Research Labs in 2025

EHS will be hosting an informational meeting to discuss changes to research laboratory safety reviews for 2025. This meeting is intended for professors, lab managers, and staff in research labs who meet with EHS personnel during their lab’s annual biological/chemical safety review. 

Updated Guidelines for Work with SARS-CoV-2

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently updated its laboratory biosafety guidelines for working with SARS-CoV-2, shifting it to a minimum biosafety level 2.  Read more about this change on our EHS website.
