Hello School of Social Work community,
We’re thrilled to invite you to celebrate a major milestone: over 25 years of the partnership between the University of Iowa School of Social Work and Briar Cliff University as we continue to bring the MSW program to the Siouxland region.
We will start the day with a free continuing education event, "The Challenges and Opportunities of Social Work In the Midst of Change", which will feature a panel of alumni and local leaders with breakout sessions that represent the great variety of work that you do.
This will be followed by a time of connection and celebration. We will have plenty of good food and company to share—and we’d love for you to bring a guest or colleague along to reconnect with fellow alumni, faculty and partners; celebrate the difference you're all making; and learn what's next for the Sioux City MSW program.
We would love to see you there and hear your stories from your time in the program. Your experiences and insights continue to shape the future of social work education and practice in Siouxland.
