Welcome back to campus for the Spring 2022 semester! We at the Honors Program hope you had a perfectly acceptable winter break.

Our report from the Registrar’s Office indicates that you have not yet completed the 12 semester hours of honors coursework credit. That report indicates you have taken 8 s.h. According to our records, you will need to have this completed by the end of this semester according to our 4 semester policy.  

Please review your Honors Degree Audit to double check your credits are showing up as you expect them to, and to verify how many credits are outstanding. There is still time to enroll in an honors section of a course for the semester.

Conversely, completing an Honors coursework contract may be ideal for you. The Honors contract allows you to transform any Iowa course into an “H” honors credit on your transcript and Honors degree audit. The deadline to submit your proposed contract is Friday, February 25^th.  This can be done with the link above or through MyUI. The deadline of the project itself is agreed upon by you and your instructor.
