Final grade lists for off-cycle courses ending on or before May 5 and full semester-length courses are now open for editing and submission. Please check regularly for updates on your grades workflow dashboard.
Final grade lists will be processed on Wednesday, May 21, shortly after 5 p.m. Submit grades for DEO review by May 20 to prevent "O" grades from appearing on transcripts.
Missing this deadline can delay academic milestones, disrupt administrative processes, and prevent timely feedback for students. Below is a brief timeline for your reference:
Off-Cycle Courses (do not span the entirety of the semester):
Grade lists are open for entry and submission 14 calendar days before the course end date.
Submit grades 10 calendar days from the course end date listed in MAUI.
Wednesday, May 7:
Grade processing is paused.
Final grade lists are open for editing.
Tuesday, May 20:
Instructor deadline to submit grades to DEO for review.
Wednesday, May 21:
5:00 p.m. - DEO approval deadline.
5:01 p.m. - Final grades and end-of-session processing begins.
Thursday, May 22:
Grades available on official records.
GPA updates and academic standing notations posted.
