Review and Submit Final Grades by Aug. 12

Final grade lists for most summer courses are now available for editing and submission.

All off-cycle courses that end on or before July 28, as well as courses spanning 12 twelve-week, eight-week, and six-week II summer sub-sessions, will be processed on Wednesday, Aug. 13, shortly after 5 p.m.

Submit final grade lists for DEO review by Tuesday, Aug. 12, to avoid "O" grades on transcripts.

Final Grades Timeline

Missing this deadline can delay academic milestones, disrupt administrative processes, and prevent timely feedback for students. Below is a brief timeline for your reference.

Wednesday, July 30

Grade processing is paused.
Final grade lists are open for editing (twelve-week, eight-week, and six-week II summer sub-sessions).

Tuesday, Aug. 12

Deadline for instructors teaching full semester-length courses to submit grades for DEO review.

Wednesday, Aug. 13

4:59 p.m. - DEO workflow review and approval deadline.
5 p.m. - Final grades and end-of-session processing.

Thursday, Aug. 14

Grades available on official records.
GPA updates and academic standing notations posted.

Off-Cycle Courses (do not span the entirety of the semester)

Grade lists are open for entry and submission 14 calendar days before the course end date.
Submit grades 10 calendar days from the course end date listed in MAUI.
