Event Description
Effective curriculum management plays a key role in student success. Join the Office of the Registrar's Curriculum Management team for a Teach and Learn session about how our team and tools can help support you throughout the annual curriculum management cycle.
You'll have an opportunity to learn more about all the components that make up the curriculum management system at the University of Iowa, including Academic Organization, Programs of Study, Course Library, General Catalog, Degree Audit, and Sample Plans. We'll introduce our teams, share more about what they do and how they work together to support campus, along with highlighting key deadlines for the upcoming cycle. In addition, we'll provide an example of a change and discuss how that change moves through the system.
Whether you're new to curricular planning or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will equip you with the insights and connections needed to navigate curriculum management at Iowa with confidence before the annual curriculum cycle kicks off with the General Catalog opening Oct. 27, 2025.
