Dennis Arps is retiring this summer, which means there is an opening to join Gail Meade, Kathryn Stoltenberg, and Garrett von Walden on the Tuition and Fees Team!

Time Commitments
- Mid-June to mid-July when the Board of Regents, State of Iowa approve the tuition rates
- Two Tuition and Fees Team meetings each year
- Other times throughout the year as needed
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the tuition and fee table creation in MAUI for the next academic year
- Create new tuition groups for things like new unique majors and new mandatory fees
- Modify existing tuition groups
- Enter tuition and mandatory fee rates
- Review and proof tuition and mandatory fee tables
- Assist with monitoring the registrar tuition appeals shared inbox
- Assist with creating overrides for tuition and fee assessments in MAUI
- Review and approve tuition enrollment fees in MAUI
- Assist with the course fee and common and university program specific fees process, participating on the fee committee as a non-voting member
