As we announced last week, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued revised guidance regarding government-wide policies for the award and administration of Federal financial assistance, often referred to as the Uniform Guidance. The most recent revision to Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) is effective October 1, 2024.
