Deadline

In order to uphold compliance with the Office of Internal Audit, we are required to conduct an annual review of the current holders of all brass thumb lock keys assigned to university classrooms.

You have been identified as an individual with access to a UCR brass (thumb lock) key. This short survey is required for key security and to confirm that a job-related need still exists for this key. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in completing the survey above by Monday, June 1, 2024, to aid us in complying with this new operational requirement.
