Here are your top things to know this week: | | Dining payment updates | Starting on February 1, 2022, you will be not be able to pay with Google and Apple Pay and chip credit cards at all University Dining locations. Magnetic card swipes will be the only payment option for credit cards. | | Embedded counseling in the halls | We know that college can be challenging and we are here to help. Did you know that we have embedded therapists right in the residence halls? Learn more at housing.uiowa.edu/counseling. | | Gluten-Free products available in dining retail locations | Starting on February 2, gluten-free bagels will be available at Food for Thought in the main library. Gluten-free Annie's Mac and Cheese will also be available at Food for Thought and all c-stores. | | Return to live on campus | Considering your housing options as a second, third, or fourth-year student? No matter your lifestyle, choosing to live on campus saves you time and money. Plus, you'll also be able to request your neighbors for the 2022-2023 academic year. This allows you to request to live near your neighbors on a floor or wing. Whether you’re a group of four or fourteen, our staff will help you reserve spaces together. - February 1, 2022: Lunar New Year Themed Meal. Happening in all market places.
- February 11, 15, 18 from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in Catlett Residence Hall: Anxiety Toolbox - Hosted by UH&D Embedded Counselors. This is a free three-week workshop to learn anxiety management tools and practice coping strategies. Email katy-griner@uiowa.edu to learn more and sign up.
