Winter Final Grade Deadline

This message is intended for MAUI users with the following roles, instructor, department executive officer (DEO), or academic department administrator (ADA). If you are not responsible for grade entry or approval, disregard this message. 

Final grades for off-cycle courses ending on or before Jan. 12 and full session-length courses will be processed and due Thursday, Jan. 22 at 5 p.m. 

• Instructors should submit grades for DEO review and approval by Wednesday, Jan. 21.
• Review your Grades Workflow Dashboard regularly for updates on final grade lists. 
• Contact the Office of the Registrar with questions. 

Final Grades Timeline

Off-Cycle Courses

• Grade lists are open for entry and submission 14 calendar days before the course end date.
• Grades are due 10 calendar days from the course end date listed in MAUI.

Full Session-Length Courses

Friday, Jan. 2 - Grade processing is paused and final grade lists are open for editing.

Wednesday, Jan. 21 - Instructor deadline to submit grades to DEO for review.

Thursday, Jan. 22 5 p.m. - DEO approval deadline. Final grades and end-of-session processing begins. 

Friday, Jan. 23 - Office of the Registrar reviews emails, processes student records, GPA updates.
