Submit Midterm Grades Today

Instructors: Spring 2020 Midterm Class lists are available in MAUI for courses underway. Click on the "My Courses" link to display the courses you are assigned to teach. Under the Midterm List heading, click on "edit" to display the students currently registered for your course.

  • Midterm grades only need to be submitted for undergraduate students with D+, D, D-, F grades, or unsatisfactory marks of AUU, N, U.  You do not need to report midterm grades if the grade is satisfactory or above D+.
  • Submit your Midterm grades & attendance reports no later than 5 pm, today. Student notifications will occur after the deadline.
  • Visit the Office of the Registrar website to review the grades system and additional "Midterm Class List” information

  • Grade Upload Tips:
    • Review CSV file to ensure formatting matches CSV sample file
    • Format file to include lead zeros when using UniversityID
    • Review midterm grades after upload (NOTE: Invalid grades will not upload into MAUI).
    • Manually enter grades that did not successfully upload into MAUI
    • Update Attendance
    • Submit
  • NOTE: Although you are not required to complete the Midterm attendance and D/F report, it is highly recommended as many offices use this information to reach out to students to ensure student success.
